• Once Under Contract: Introduction to all parties involved

• Obtaining necessary documentation, information and signatures

• Proactively monitoring & following up on all contractual items and deadlines

• Coordinate property appointments - Home Inspections, Appraisals, etc.

• Upload all Transaction Documentation, Files, etc. to Brokerage Compliance System

• Prepare & send Contract Amendments (as applicable)

• Obtain & send signed CDA to the Title Company (as applicable)

• Coordinate Closing & Final Walkthrough

• Closed: Upload Closing Paperwork to Brokerage Compliance System & Close out the file
